Virtual Program

Every student deserves access to future-focused STEM learning, no matter where their school is located.

Designed for Victorian secondary schools that don’t currently have a Tech School within their local area, our STEM Racing Virtual Program brings one of our most impactful, industry-backed experiences directly into your classroom.

This free remote offering removes location as a barrier to high-impact STEM education.

1 Class of Students

Years 7 - 10

10 Weeks

The globally popular project-based program that makes science and maths fun, relevant and engaging.

Students design a miniature race car while developing real-world skills in:

  • Engineering

  • 3D design (CAD)

  • 3D manufacturing

  • Teamwork and collaboration

Students experience how STEM connects to design and problem-solving.

With Wyndham Tech School's virtual program, you can bring STEM Racing to your school for free!

Our Virtual Program is designed to support teachers.

How long will it take?
  • Approx. 6 hours for teachers to  complete the professional learning

  • Approx. 10 weeks to complete the program with students

However, our LMS is completely self-guided so it can be adapted however best works for you!

Our virtual program can form a foundation for competing in the Cadet Class of the Victorian State competition.

While our Virtual Program runs separately from the official competition, we are proudly the home of the VIC State Finals.

Schools that take part in our Virtual Program will be given free registration (usually $450) to the competition.

Whether or not students choose to compete,

“The skills that students gain... is like no other program. And the best bit is they’re having fun doing it.”

— Teacher from St Bede's College
